What is your return policy?
After your order is delivered, you have up to 14 days from the date received date to make a return. For items listed in SALE, you have up to 7 days from the received date to make a return. No exceptions. Once your items are returned, you will be entitled to receive a refund.
We are not able to refund items that are special sales or clearance offers and may be labeled as non-refundable, appear to have been worn or washed, are not in original condition, or have their security tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour. Returns on swimwear items are accepted only if the hygiene sticker is intact.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are unauthorised and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions accompanying the order. In the case of unauthorised or non-standard returns, the purchased items will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
Do I have to pay for the return/exchange?
Yes. All postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty. In case the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error, we undertake to cover the cost of the product return. If you would like to exchange the same item for a different size, upon availability, we will cover the cost of the return and will only charge you for the cost of the new delivery. If you would like to exchange for a different item, then all delivery costs are covered by you. In all cases, we will only accept returns via Speedex or Geniki Taxydromiki.
For Greece customers, the return delivery cost is 5€. Drop it off at the nearest Speedex or Geniki Taxydromiki point and request to charge the recipient: Papadakis Georgios. The delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
For International Customers, please contact us to arrange for the return and delivery cost. Any customs & tax costs are not refundable.
How do I start a return process?
1. You will receive a return form with your purchase. Please fill it out carefully with all the requested information. If you missed the form and need a new one just email us at info@yazoostore.com
You have the following options:
- 100% store credit. We will send you a voucher and you can apply it on your next order from our e-shop or at our physical store in Naxos.
- Full amount refund. You may apply for a full refund of the money you spent on your order by the same method you used to pay. You will be asked to provide your refund payment details. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company. The delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange with another item. In order to avoid any sold out item upon the return arrival, we suggest you contact us so to reserve your new pick. In that case just email us at

or give us a call at +306948570197. The new shipping cost will be added to your order.

2. Pack the item(s) and use Speedex or Geniki Taxydromiki to return it to: Yazoo Concept Store, Paralia Plakas, 84300, Naxos, Greece.
3. As soon as we receive it we'll proceed to the fulfilment of your request. Once it's completed we’ll send you a confirmation mail. Don’t forget to check your junk mail, sometimes our emails may land there!

When will I get my refund?
If your return was made by mail, the refund can take up to 15 business days to get processed after the package is received. You will be notified via email once it’s done.

MISCELLANEOUS
1. Force majeure: If due to force majeure (i.e. adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.), the courier fails to deliver you the products within the set time-limit, Yazoo Concept Store shall not be liable for any situation arising without its fault and shall do whatever is humanly possible for your best service.
2. Modification of Terms: The website www.yazoostore.com reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions regarding transactions. The company undertakes to update the present text for any modification of or addition to the terms.
